The silent listing is ideal if you are in absolutely no hurry to sell.  It is particularly suited to very high-profit franchises that may be under management.

• We conduct an appraisal on your business to get a close idea of market value.
• In order to comply with State legislation, you will legally engage us to represent you.
• You'll provide us with all supporting documents and figures so they are 'at the ready'.
• We will not actively market your business.
• As buyers contact us, we will mention your business to them if we think it might suit.
• Hopefully we will negotiate a successful sale at some point - but be aware that with no marketing program in place this will likely take quite a long time.
